Dr. Cynthia Jones Sanders
Dr. Cynthia Jones Sanders joined the Hammond Clinic, LLC on July 21, 1986. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Diseases.
Dr. Sanders, a Yale graduate, received her medical degree from the University of Chicago. Her Internal Medicine Residency Program was completed at Northwestern and she completed her Respiratory and Critical Care Fellowship at the University of Illinois.
She has been an instructor of Clinical Medicine at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. She also taught Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine to medical students and trainees of The College of Medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Dr. Sanders is a member of many professional organizations, i.e., the Indiana State Medical Association, the Lake County Medical Society, and is a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians.
She became the managing member of the Hammond Clinic, LLC on January 19, 2001. |

Beverly DeLao
Beverly DeLao joined the Hammond Clinic in December 1981 and has worked in many facets of healthcare operations since that time.
Mrs. DeLao earned her degree in business administration and has 25 years of experience in healthcare administration. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
Mrs. DeLao was promoted to the position of Administrator in August 2005. |

Randy Tomczak
Randy Tomczak joined the Hammond Clinic as Executive Director of Finance on March 14, 2011. During his professional career, he has held various financial and business management positions in healthcare, manufacturing, and service related industries. In addition, he owned and operated a national franchise business for ten years.
Randy earned a MBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management from Calumet College of St. Joseph. Randy received the regional Franchisee of the Year award for Operations Excellence and as a Field Executive for a well know brand helped a franchisee achieve the same award at the national level. Most recently he received the Innovator of the Year Award in 2010 for his work in unit economics. |
